Karen, Kendal and I met yesterday and got some top notch coaching. The best part? When I was watching Kendal do her flipturn, she bobbed up and said, “Wow that Wigg’d me out!”.
Apparently Kendal is not used to Sandbaggers holding their breath and watching her do flipturns from the next lane over

It was so much fun swimming & videoing on Wedn., even with being wigg’d out. I am so proud of Rama for getting his flip turn almost everytime he thought about it. I am disappointed though that he did not transpose his head on mine for the flip turn. That really would have really wigg’d me out!
See everyone on Saturday. Rama you bring my memory card & I will bring the camera…. we could get black mail shots.
