You all have a great run this weekend and no complaining about the rain.
JohnM.. Mittdog… have a great race. I know it will be fun.
No doubt the AZ group will bring back a story or two, even if we have to make them up.

I am very good at making up stories about other people. But with this group, that is rarely necessary. Have a great run everyone, wherever you do it. Mitdog, hope you and Nancy have a great run in DC. I hope those hitting Shelley Lake have temperatures like today. For those of us going to Arizona, let’s have some fun!

Finally back in town for weekend and looking forward to a good run on Saturday. Will be bringing a friend if that’s not a problem.

Last Saturday was my first time with your group (Umstead) and I had a great run, so I think I’ll come back for more and join you at Shelley Lake if no one objects! I will need to do 12 miles, so I may continue on for a bit if everyone else is doing 10. Hope the rain holds off for a bit tomorrow morning!

Heidi – One lap around Shelley Lake after we wrap-up 10 should give you an extra 2 miles (I think).
I hope it stops raining by 6:29…or at least no thunder or lightning.

I’m going to run with Mike Saber & friends at 7AM. After traveling all week, a little extra sleep will be good! Have a great run and maybe I will see you at Shelley!
