Distance – Pick your distance! Plan on doing 15+ miles if you want to hang with Mittdog for his Boston training run.
Good Luck to Alex, Sandbagger, Rap Master Sass and Topher who will be swimming, biking and running their way around a scenic tour of the UNC-Wilmington campus on Saturday. Don’t forget to enjoy the scenery….azaleas, hot chicks in bathing suits?? and the finish line!

Saturday is John’s final long run before Boston…probably for Rapmaster Sass too. John’s plan is to do 15 miles of Galloway. If we start close to 6:30, I should have just enough time that morning to keep him company for the entire 15 miles – now I just need to talk my legs into it – yikes. I figure if we start from Shelley we can easily find a flat course that will accommodate John and anyone who wants to do fewer miles.

I miss all of you guys and can’t wait to see those of you who will be in town Saturday!! Just got back into the country Monday, tired. I did not run at all….so I will hang out with you guys for a deperately needed 6 in the flats!!! See ya tomorrow in the A.M.—
