  Great to see you all at my party last Saturday. It means so much that you were there. Missy Thang, hope you had a good trip abroad; I missed you! I’ll be in San Fran this weekend, doing 12 miles on Sunday. Lift me up; the longest run yet for me is that day! You all take care. And note that I am now using a different name; Mitdog. A nickname from college. So appropriate, since I am such a Dog. Peace, my friends. See you all next weekend.

  I have to work in Morrisville this weekend, so ATT is a good location for me. Any concerns?

  Hey Gang of M&Ms, I will miss the run this weekend because of an early morning soccer game. Too bad, too. After a week like the one I just finished, I need a good run! Have a good one.

  I am running 20 tomorrow, so I need to be closer to Mookie’s lacrosse practice. I will be leaving from Shelley Lake at 6:30. Sorry I will miss everyone.
