Just wanted to say thank you to LilBit for the great Spin class on Saturday. Thanks to you and our 8 mile Sunday run, my legs feel like they are about to fall off.

I propose that we have coffee at Caribou on Duraleigh Road–oh yeah and run from the Art Museum at 7AM. It’s about the coffee–isn’t it?
