Soft pack sounds good …are we talking ATT? Or Umstead (expect some whining!)? It was great having Johnie Mitt back to run with us last week….and in good form I might add! He can still hold a conversation on any hill in Raleigh without missing a stride.

If we do Umstead, let’s try running from the Ebenezer Church Road/Graylyn Road entrance as a change of pace. We’ll put Dr. Feelgood in charge of finding the closest coffee shop – that’s his neck of the woods.
P.S. The deadline for the Early Registration discount for Richmond Marathon is March 31 – only $55. What a bargain! I know Alex is a definite. Who else is signing up?

I’m definitely up for a change of pace, however I will have to keep my run a bit shorter to make it back to Cary by 8:30AM for swimming lessons. I just made it back in time from our run last week – 7.5 miles, and a shorter drive back.

Rama –
I’m ok with running from the Harrison Road entrance or the other entrance in that neck of the woods (bridge to nowhere entrance) if that helps you get in a few extra miles (and/or time for a cup of coffee).

Everyone, I am up for whatever. If we do run Umstead, what about Old Reedy Creek Road (Terp’s Bridge to Nowhere suggestion)? It is more flat than the Harrison entrance. I am flexible, however.

I could do that. I need to get in 18 or 19, so I could run a ways into the park with y’all, and then head back out beyond the lake afterwards. Or I could just go to Shelley Lake, where I can thumb a ride home if I get too tired.

I will be a little snotty, but I think I can make it. I just wish someone would make up their mind!

In case no one saw my comments under last Saturday’s run… I hated missing you guys at Shelley last week, but I’ve been sick. I’ve had this effin’ thing (all the symptoms of the flu but no fever after the first day or so) since Friday and I still have it, though I’m hoping I’ve turned the corner. (Come on, everyone feel sorry for me.)

Michael Sandman and I will see you all on the flip side – we’ve got to do something closer to home due to some pressing engagements I have in the morning. Have fun!

Litl Bit, Way to go! I will register for Richmond this weekend.
See everyone on the bridge to Nowhere. I hear Social Secretary will be joining us, too. Sorry to hear you are sick, Steve.

We were wondering why Stevie E was MIA last week…..hope you are feeling better. You and Kendal been hanging out together??? Sounds like you have the same crud. I’m registering for Richmond today….then there is no turning back. Hey Terp…I thought the Terps were going down for parts of the game yesterday…! M-Squared (A Cramp…outstanding!) we’ll catch you guys later…hope the Hood-Coast training is good. Rapp Master Sas….we’ll try to get you thru part of your Boston training run tomorrow…we’ll start on the flats and then send you off to do the Umstead hills on your own….aren’t we nice??!!

For the record, I had a Janet moment – Alarm Clock Malfunction. All my stuff was ready, shoes, sweats, etc. But after fumbling around trying to get my automagic satellite clock cut over to the new&improved DST, I forgot to actually turn the damn thing on.
At 32 deg and windy, I guess that was the best time to do it.

Anyone up for ATT on Saturday March 24???
17 terp // Mar 20, 2007 at 4:18 pm
I’m up for ATT. No swim team practice for Allison, so I’m pretty flexible with my time this Saturday.
