    I’m a definite maybe…should know by Friday. Good idea to meet at the trail. Can someone post directions to the trail…perhaps from the Kroger?

    Thanks,

    Monsieur Topher will be joining us. Possibly one other newcomer, as well. Squeeky will be there, too.

    Here are directions for those meeting at the trail or for those who plan to meet at Kroger and load up in one car.

    1: Leave Kroger parking lot and head north on NC-55 toward HIGH HOUSE RD. 0.1 miles
    2: Turn LEFT onto GREEN LEVEL RD W. Go 2.9 miles (the road is High House if you turn right off of 55 and Green Level if you turn left)

    3: Turn RIGHT onto WHITE OAK CHURCH RD. and go about 1.0 miles (Look for the brown road sign on right announcing the ATT)

    4: ATT entrance is on White Oak Church Rd

    Total Est. Time from Kroger: 11 minutes

    My understanding is that Rap Master Sass will be there. In addition to bringing Topher and Sandbagger, I will be bringing David Smoot, aka Shrink. We are meeting at Kroger at 6:20 to pile into one car to drive to the trail. Topher should love that seeing as he is still on pacific standard time. See you there. Oh, and Topher and I are in for the swim, as well.

    Sorry we haven’t been in touch lately, but the Mikes are less than 60 days from the Hood to Coast Relay and we’re going to start our two-a-days tom’w. Four miles at Shelley at 630 am and four at Lake Lake at 4pm. We’ll add mileage and Sunday mornings pretty soon. Anyone can feel free to join us of course. And I finally succumbed and bought myself a utility belt so I could look (though not act) just like you guys! ( ;

    Terp and I have decided to meet the Mike’s (and Cramps) and hopefully Missy Thang to run at Shelley. Due to the rain and messy trail at ATT, the need for me to bond with my Cramp Team for the Hood to Coast Relay, and the tight schedule (have to head to the NC Coast after run) I will run the Shelley route. Terp and Dr. FG will run around 10 miles ( part with with the Cramps). Terp has to do some catch up work at his office Saturday morning and Shelley is closer for him.
    See you all soon. Have a good run and swim.
    Dr. Feelgood
    PS. I’ll be gone the next 2 weekends after this one as well.
