I’ll be there on Saturday at Shelley. I’m up for a 10-miler if anyone else is interested (at Terp pace, of course). I might be up for an additional mile or so if there are any takers. My goal is to get in two more 10+ mile runs before the Coach Bubba 20K.
P.S. I’m ready for the weather to warm-up. I ran this morning (and Monday morning) and I’m still thawing out. Those winds are brutal.

Hope to see John M. there as well.
We’ll have to stick a candle in a Power Bar and celebrate John’s birthday from a week ago.

Hi Guys-
I am supposed to be gone this weekend but the weather didn’t cooperate with my travel plans so I am in Raleighwood. I’ll see you in the a.m. for some fun ….in the dark….and cold. Alex….a Colts fan?? I’m taking da Bears….!

I spent two days in the 6-degree weather in Indy. I have never seen so many Colts fans. I really did not have a strong leaning one way or the other, but they inspired me. See everybody tomorrow morning. I hope this won’t be the case, but I may be running a bit slower than usual (that would mean doing something close to a walk) due to a self-inflicted foot injury last Saturday.
