    With the distance (16 mi.) and the crazy humidty (93%), we’ll really pace ourselves. You should consider signing up to run Richmond with us. You’re already putting in the mileage.

    definitely want to carpool. i can drive if i fill up the tank tonite.

    will be fun to see if squeeky has been keeping up with training down at the beach.

    I am up for carpooling, and yes, this will be a challenge. Did not run 16 while slumming at the beach.

    my 6 hours of “sleep” at gate D16 in Dulles last night is catching up with me. both kids have a bit of a cold and one is creeping up on me. i am going to need to make the call tomorrow, so elvis and squeeky you guys should plan on going without me. if i can make it, i will send you a IM in the morning.

    Hi everyone:

    A long lost sole from the past will join you at Shelley! I will not do 16 as I did 18 last week and scheduled for 20 next week, but I will come and run part way with you! I also need new shoes as I am starting to suffer pain from these old ones, so do not want to over do it until I can get some new shoes later tomorrow!
