Several of us are heading down to Clayton for our shot at over one million dollars in prize money. So everyone else enjoy the run. I listed Shelley Lake as the default. Feel free to discuss and come up with another run if everyone is inclined.

I’m going to Clayton on Saturday with my youngest daughter to cheer on our fearless triathletes.
If anyone is interested in joining me for 6 miles of single track trail running on Sunday, let me know. I plan to run at Umstead starting at the Ebenezer Church/Graylyn Road entrance at 7 a.m.

Tri participants –
Good luck on Saturday. If you have an address for the start/finish location, please post it and then I’ll do a Mapquest. Also, let me know approx. what time you’re starting and if there is a spectator area for the swim portion – my daughter will enjoy watching that portion. Plus, she’s so loud you’ll hear her cheering for you even if you’re underwater.

Good luck to you guys on your TRI Saturday. What time are you guys racing.? Could someone please give me directions to Clayton? I’ve got to teach at 9:30 and 11:30 but I may try to catch some of the race!!! Sorry Terp, I can’t run with you Sunday, no, it’s not you!! Is anyone up for a run Saturday? Please let me know. Hi Guys and Gals–
I hope those running on Saturday have a good run. Good luck to my fellow tri-geeks and thanks to anyone planning to cheer us on at Riverwood. That will be VERY cool. Triathlons are contagious…so plan on getting the bug if you come to spectate. Terp, I am planning to join you for a 7AM run on Sunday at Graylyn and will plan on seeing you then. Anita, I have Luke duty in the morning, as the judge will be out politicking. I cannot get his sorry butt out of bed early enough to run with you before your class. He’ll be riding his bike with me as I run in Umstead later in the morning. Sorry.
