April 18th, 2007 · 10 Comments

Time: 6:30 am

Location: Whole Foods at Ridgewood Shopping Center, Wade Ave

Weather – Mid 40s???

Distance – Further than you can swim – Through Meredith and the Museum Park

Discusion – It should be light enough so we won’t get arrested for jumping the fence at Meredith. Just in case, though, bring your toothbrush.

Hey, guys! Thanks for your support for Boston. It ended up being a great day to run a marathon. In the 50s, mostly overcast, and only about 30 minutes of light rain. So different than the forecast! Lots of great stories to tell you when I can run with you again. I am gone this weekend with my little Y Princess to Camp Seafarer, so I will miss running on Saturday, but I will be back the following week. Oh, and I want to hear more about this nude marathon. Sounds right up my alley, so to speak.

One question: Does whole foods make a Venti skim with whip white mocha?
    I am in.

I’m in … for the Meredith Run. I’ll pack my toothbrush and some chocolate…just in case. As for the Bare Hare Triathlon…..I’m all for taking Pride in your Hide….but hairy old nude men on bikes with saggy buttcheeks isn’t my idea of good scenery!

Congratulations again to both Johns (John and Jon)….great job!!! Guys, they are doing alot of renovations out at the Art Museum, I think the trail has been partially closed. I don’t know where it drops off or picks back up….anyone else have any more information on the extent of the renovations that are in place?

I called the Museum. According to the person I talked with at the front desk, it is open. However, starting Monday, they will be paving a new entrance into the Museum and there will be no access to the park trail from the museum.

All that being said, I do not have an overwhelming sense of confidence in my info source. Not sure she has even seen the park trail. So no guarantees.

And yes, Lit’l Bit, you can get your venti low-foam, skim, soy, two Equals, extra hot, faux egg-white whip, white mocha, caramel machiatto, americano latte breve at Whole Foods.

yum!! Will they put it in my bike bottle?

For those interested, I think a couple of us that are doing Riverwood will be biking after our run. Missy Thang can you dust off your bike or are you teaching?

Wow!!! Li’l bit’s coffee sounds great!!! Nah, I can’t join you guys, we have an RPM launch tomorrow and I have to be at the gym between 8:30 and 8:45….phew, I’m so grateful that I have an excuse!!!! I am embarrassed to say that I haven’t been on my bike in over a year. See you guys at Whole Foods at 6:30!!!
