30th anniversary should be a lot of fun! Good video.
Sorry for the speed work on our long run today guys. The worst part is I missed spending time with all of you. I will post earlier when I have to work, so we can look at leaving earlier if it works for everyone. The best news is we did 11 miles today.

im trying to figure out which im more scared about: soma half ironman or richmond marathon.
great run on saturday. i would like to do some longer true endurance runs – like running with a heart rate lower than 180 trying to keep up with squeeky and litl’bit.
