  I am in for the run!!! But I will not be swimming at 10:30 this Saturday, unless anyone is in for taking the lifeguarding course that I’m teaching at St. Mary’s HS.
  Also we are trying to get a Tri-swim group going at Morrisville on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:15. I do not know how many people we will have in March but I will be swimming then if anyone wants to join me.

  I am so there! Anyone up for a leisurely 16? Somehow I got out of synch with everyone. When y’all were running 20s in Umstead, I was on my sofa, eating bon-bons.

  I will not see y’all on March 3 at Sertoma! I’m going to do a short run from home–not sure the repaired thumb can take a lot of jostling this week. See y’all next week! Have a good run!

  I’ll be there. No sweet 16 for me rap-sas , and no sweet 16 for the Tar Heels either, the way they are playing. The Terps in the sweet 16??? could be the way they are playing. I will probably do 6-10 miles.

  Good luck master sass! I will not be with y’all on Saturday! I promised young benjamin from germany that we would run ATT before he returns home and time is running out–so we will venture to ATT on Saturday for a 7:00 AM run. See you all next week! Have a great run!
