Note: according to Squeeky, it is *NOT* pronounced Lou-y Ville. You need to swallow any sound after you get the Lou out, then say “ville” from the back of your throat. Keep Elvis in mind when you say it.
The big news for the race is that we are going to have unbelievable weather. We have been training for months assuming low to mid 90s – a deathmarch of a marathon. For the last several days we have been holding our breaths hoping it would hold:

YAY IRONMEN AND IRONWOMAN!!! Sounds like everyone’s plan came together brilliantly! My hat is off to anyone who is crazy…er…dedicated enough to go the distance. I was thinking of you all as I was making my way around Turkey Creek Sunday afternoon, hoping you were having more fun than I was…
