Hi Folks – Dennis J, Sandman and I are back from the Hood to Coast Relay (www.hoodtocoast.com) and we’re all in one piece and would love to share our experience. So, maybe we’ll join you all if that’s OK – personally, I’m not up for more than 6-8 miles, but you all can do whatever. Mike Saber

perfect timing…. I can use Hood to Coast stories as an excuss to turn around and not over do it. I can not wait to hear.
What time does the telling of tales begin?

I’m in. Let me know the time. Perhaps 6:30 since we’re not running crazy mileage this week?

I am good with 6:30. Besides, it’s a holiday weekend!
It will be good to see everyone on the trail, especially Litl’ Bit! And I know Rap Master feels the same way even though he made fun of your bike. He’s just jealous.

hi bill thanks for logging in and posting!
if you click the blue dot on the map below, you will get some additional notes. at some point in the future i am hoping to make some clear maps with the full description on a page. until then, we will suffer along with our little google maps.
basically come down weston parkway and turn right on reedy creek. drive down and you will see all the cars parked on the side of the road. dont cross the bridge otherwise you will have gone too far.
our pace is usually sub 6 on our slow days. just kidding. i think around 9 and depending on the group we do galloway (run 6 minutes walk 1 minute). unless litl’bit and anita are there – then its basically a mad scramble to keep up with them.

I will be there to join all of you–but I will be running on the short side since I plan to do 20 on Monday at ATT with Jimmy and John. See on in the morning!
