I look forward to seeing you all again on Saturday. Nancy is going to be in town, and I am trying hard to convince her to come run with us. Stay tuned. And by the way, I love the legs photo at the top of the blog. I’m not certain which ones mine are, but I think they are the best looking. But that is just my opinion.

Hey folks. Mrs. Squeeky is heading to Charlotte for the Race for the Cure, and we (Little Squeek 1, Little Squeek 2 and Little Squeek 3) have three soccer games this weekend. So I will miss you all on the LLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG
run. Going to run long on Friday instead. Have a good one.

By the way, Rap Master Sass is going back to the transition area once more, this time at Pinehurst. Good luck RMS.

I won’t be making it this Saturday. We’re taking the family on a road trip to Asheville. Have a great run! See you at the next one!

I would love to join you but I am not exactly sure were the sertoma park entrance is. Is it off of Millbrook? I map quested it , but I have never been there before. Up leadmine, from glenwood, Then what? Thanks in advance!

Sertoma is the main entrance to the Shelley Lake park, right off of Millbrook. Just look for a few skinny runners and you’ll see us! Call me on cell if you have questions: 740-3914. Join us! We are down a few for tomorrow, so we need you for critical mass. And jokes!

Pinehurst No. 2:
Did the Pinehurst Tri, and feel like No.2.
Although I had my PR on the swim course, I lost 95 positions on the bike. Nonetheless, I started the run needing a 56 to break my PR overall for Pinehurst. No problem, since I ran a 55 last year, and have done 52 and 56 since?
I ran a 77, and lost 75 more positions. My worst race in several years.
Can I get back that Soma entry fee?

Whatever it is that causes me to go into the shuffle. Wish I knew.

Everyone has a bad day sass! Just chalk it up and keep on truckin’! I only ran 10 yesterday with the group and felt worse than after 23 last Saturday–why is that? I’ll blame it on higher temp and humidity–but who knows. You did it and that’s what counts.
