I’m running with a different group Saturday…the ATT 10-miler. Come on out and run with me! The race is full, but the trail is open to the public, so, if you guys and girls want to maybe accidentally stop and tie your shoes in front of my competition, I’d be much obliged…

I plan to be there with whoever is there. Hope I have a partner! Either way, I’ll see you for coffee, Lil’ Bit. I’m in for 10. I’m a poet and don’t know it.

I’m out of town on Saturday. If anyone wants to run 6-8 mi. with me on Sunday, call me on my cell at 741-9977.

If anyone bails out on Saturday due to the rain, John B. and I are running at the BTN on Sunday at 6:30 a.m. – looking to run 8 – 10 miles.

I’m in for BTN Sat morning, rain or shine, 10-12 miles optimally. See you there!

Well huh, and for the longest time I thought Alfonzo was just your last name…
I think I’m in; don’t wait for me if I don’t show. I’m painting and I’m determined to stay awake tonight until it’s done. If that happens to be 2am, I’ll likely sleep in. However, I’m not sure I have the ability to stay up past 11 anymore while remaining functional, so perhaps I’ll be there. If I’m in, it will likely only be for 6 or so. How’s that for decisive?

Between song writing & Dr. Suess poems our talents is really showing. I miss you you guys…
Shiva, I am really sorry I will miss you. I hope your visit has been good.
I walk/ran 2 miles on the treadmill this week… may try 3 tomorrow before my 8:30 class.
I hope your swim went well this week, tridoc. I have been meaning to e-mail you.
You all have fun!

Hope all enjoyed Umstead. I’m looking forward to seeing a few miles of it next weekend…City of Oaks! If anyone’s looking for something to do between, oh, say 9 and 10, I’m sure Dusty and I could use some encouragement coming out of Umstead/Trenton (about mile 18.5 or so).
