  I’m entertaining some of out-of-town guests this Saturday. I’ll catch everyone next Saturday. Happy Turkey Day to all.

  Is anyone else running the Ridgewood Turkey Trot 8K on Thursday? I’m running with Dr. Feelgood and Mike Saber if anyone else is interested in joining us.

  Jake and I are doing the Turkey Trot in Charlotte; I hope he doesn’t beat me again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

  The Cramps are running at Shelley on Saturday. Civilized start time of 7:30 am if anyone wants to join us. Compute your mileage by applying the Schiller Doctrine: two miles per slice of pumpkin pie. Happy Thanksgiving!

  Yikes…using the Schiller Doctrine I will need to run alot of miles. It sounds like everyone is recovering from the holiday….so I may see you Cramp guys at 7:30…but if my automatic built-in alarm goes off at the usual time I may run Umstead solo. Hope everyone had a good holiday.
