In for the ATT northbound, but only if there’s Starbucks afterwards
Love me some ATT.

Count me in for the new trail.
Congrats to Mike Saber, Joe Whitehouse, Andy Sandman and Michael Sandman on their success yesterday at the Richmond Marathon. I’m pretty sure that it’s the first marathon for each one. Hood to Coast in 2007, their first Olympic distance tri in 2008 and now their first marathon in 2009. What’s in store for these guys in 2010?

Sounds like the only thing left is IRONMAN!

Congratulations to all the cramps! Nice Job!
I would love to go along with the ATT run on Saturday. I will be the one on some 12 year old’s mountain bike in a boot. I am looking for a pink boot options, but if there is coffee at the end the ugly grey boot will do.

I am in as long as I can wear Sandbagger’s new Creature From the Black Lagoon shoes.

I thought those were the Blue Man Group’s feet! Where are we meeting and how far are we going? North from White Oak?
Sandbagger – Be careful on distance in those things until your legs are conditioned. When I started running in my Newtons (barefoot simulators) it really changed up the muscle use in my legs and I got really sore right behind my knees.

Hey, thanks all for the congrats! I’m figuring that the Cramps (at least this Cramp) have run their last marathon, and if you think an Ironman is on the list, then Molly the Wonder Dog is Michael Jackson’s mother (hmm, there’s a thought). Cramps are planning to join you guys through this winter, so tell me where to go!

Congrats, Cramps!
As for ATT, shouldn’t we still meet at Wimberly since it is the only lot open then?
Off the subject, Rap Master Sass, and his trusty Sherpa Alan, are safe in Tempe where he hopes to repeat his experience in 2007 (except for the hyponatremia) and have another PR. Two hour delay on the tarmac this morning due to that air traffic snafu. Good luck at IM AZ, Rap.

I wish I could join you for ATT – I’ll be interested in trying that stretch sometime in the future! We’re heading off to cold MI Saturday morning for T-Day week.
Congrats to the Richmond marathoners, and good luck to the IMAZ’ers!!

In for some distance from Wimberley. I need to be back home by 8:40 so my wife can go run, so something around 1:30-1:45 will be good for me.

I’m running closer to home — actually out my front door — this weekend. We had fun last week at the Lake Norman Trail Run. My son, Jake, came in third for the 5K and I got 9th in the 12.6 mile. My greatest satisfaction was that I was the oldest in the race!

I look forward to ATT, and catching up on stories from the cramps, and then seeing Sandbagger in those neat shoes. And coffee. See you in the morning, runners.
