I am pretty excited! Great running weather, no pre-race pains, I am ready! Thank you all for making my training process such a fun experience. Running with the Mittlinger milers made a world of difference. The only thing that would make this easier was if Mitdog would be there the whole way telling me funny stories. Maybe you should consider producing a motivational CD Jon! I wish all of you the best of luck ! Hope to see you at the start and finish lines.

Good luck to all running tomorrow… Dig deep and have fun with it! I’m out of town next weekend, but looking forward my next group with the M-Milers!!

To all of us running on Saturday and Sunday, may the wind be on our backs and the course seem lat and fast. I hope everyone has a great run this weekend.

Stabu, Enjoy OBX! Remember to save something for the last lap around the track. Good luck.

Good luck you guys!!! We’re heading out to OBX in the morning, but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to run Sunday – I’ve been laid up for the last couple of days with the worst head cold I’ve had in a couple of years – It’s likely going to be a game-time decision. At the very least, Mr. Stabu will get some good windsurfing in…

    Enjoy Richmond!!

Good luck to the Richmond Marathoners!! Richmond was my first marathon (2004) and it truely is the “Friendliest Marathon” as they advertise. The flat and downhill finish is nice.
The OBX (2006) was not so friendly, but the location was great and the company was excellent.

Enjoyed the Soma reports. Sounds like a fun time. You guys are wetting my appetite for a tri in the future.
The City of Oaks 1/2 was fun. I heard the full was challenging. I think the Raleigh marathon may be here to stay. Good turn out. They need more music next year (Terp, can you get on that? the trumpet at the start was good, but needed more bands/tunes).

Good luck to all and see you soon.

    Holly finished just before Rama,
Karen and Jimmy crossed at about 4:15
    Rob was under 4:20.

Kendall and Holly are both Boston bound! awesome.

Guys and gals, I am so proud of you! I missed you. But wow, so many good times (PRs?) and a great time had by all. I ran 9 miles on my own; but it was tough not being with you guys. So glad it was a good time. Can’t wait to see you all on Saturday. I’m having withdrawal symptoms.
