  I can’t wait to catch up with you guys (except for our studly (or does that have an “e”?) friends doing White Lake. I’m voting for Shelley, since the trails at Umstead may be wet or muddy, and those darn mosqitos may be out already! Go White Lakers! We will miss you and expect great stories next week.

  Sorry to be missing the group run Saturday. But I am excited to spend some fun in the sun with KarenG8r, Rap Master, Sandbagger, and ____ (does Shiva have a nickname yet?) at White Lake.

  Here’s wishing Lil’ Bit and Stabu a great race at Kinetic. Sorry we won’t be there to see you.

  It looks like Shelley is the place for tomorrow; with so few votes in, and Sandbagger doing White Lake tomorrow, we’re going to have to go with Autocracy. I hereby decree tomorrow is Shelley Lake Day. Rob “Terp” Schiller will be joining us tomorrow; so glad to have you back, Rob! And Young Stud (aka, Jeffrey) will also grace us with his presence. See you in the morning for running, and more importantly, coffee.

  Go White Lakers, Lil’ Bit and Stabu!! I will be running with the Cramps at BTN tomorrow and for many Saturdays as we train for the Fall marathon–NY or otherwise. I know from time to time we will all be in the same place at the same time–until then happy racing and training!
