  Reminder to my White Lake cohorts; we’ll be set up over in Camp Clearwater all weekend (3pm Friday until 11am Sunday), waterfront, in a big white/blue/silver RV. Look for my Red Explorer. Drop by if you get a chance. And if anyone needs some Gu Saturday or Sunday, lemme know…:) I’ve got plenty.
  BTW, there will be postrace adult beverages available Saturday at the RV, as we plan to watch the Derby.

  I won’t be able to run with the group this weekend…yet again…but it sounds like there will be quite a crew at White Lake anyway.

  Good luck to all the racers this weekend!!! I’m sure the MAFC swimmers will be smokin’ fast after that, uh, ‘taper swim’ Wednesday

  I can not wait to see what our web master puts together for WL. I am still enjoying the one from Riverwood. In the words of Karen, “All right White Lakers… let go have fun!”

  To all you White Lake Tri-Geeks…….Good Luck…Have FUN…lots of FUN…and be safe. Have a great race and enjoy the venue…White Lake is awesome. The weather forecasts look good. Can’t wait to hear all about it.

  Mr. G8r and I are headed to Myrtle Beach for an outing with his firm….should be fun. I’ll think of Lit’l Bit, Missy Thang and MittDog while having a beer at House of Blues!! See you boyz and girlz next weekend.

  Good luck to the White Lakers. I can’t wait to hear the stories and hopefully watch another video. If anyone is interested, I will be running at Umstead in the morn at 5:30. I have been starting at the Reedy Creek entrance off Edwards Mill.

  Mitdog, I have early soccer practice for my son so 6:30 won’t work for me. However, I can meet up with you for the last part of the run if you want. Give me a call when you get out there. 247-8544.

  Hey M&Ms! I miss you guys!. Now don’t get me wrong. I have had a blast, what with Riverwood and White Lake Half back to back. There really is nothing like a night at Langston’s Motel on While Lake. Ah, the memories. But it sure will be good to see everyone on a run. So I hope there are some folks in town this Saturday. Have a great week.
