  I won’t be able to run, but wanted to give a heads-up that a friend from Virginia will be in the area and he’s looking for an early a.m. 10+ mile run. His name is Grattan, and I told him to look up this site and check in with where the group would be. He’d love to run Umstead if that’s the plan.
