    Doc said shoulder is healing nicely. I have the OK to run ….shhhhh! and do ROM as pain allows. My goal is to put my hair in a ponytail all by myself and run the distance with my friends. Anytime and place is good for me.

    While I would love to be there for Litl’bit’s *ahem* “first” run back after her little spill, I have road clean-up Saturday morning. Turns out I still have a hard time keeping up with Kendal anyway even when she has a bum shoulder. Not that she was running or anything last Saturday. Yes, she walked the whole way. Or skipped, or something. I saw no running.

    I am considering hitting some trail very early Saturday if anyone is interested (5:30 anyone?)

    I am looking forward to catching up with everyone and being there for Lil’ Bits “first?” run after the crash. She ‘ll still kick my ass but it will be fun to be there. I’m open on the location!
