I wish I could join you all – we’re heading to the beach this weekend so my workouts are a bit flipped about. Hopefully I will be joining you next week!

The horseflies were out in abundance yesterday. I blame them for my lackluster run through the Turkeys. Man was it HUUUUMID!
Alas, tomorrow is quadruple-booked, so no run for me. I may be doing Shelley Lake Sunday morning if anyone’s up for 10+.

The Cramps, and their adopted buddies, will be running 8 miles tomorrow at BTN starting at 6:30 AM in anticipation of a NYC marathon or some equally exciting alternative if not selected from the lottery!

setting out for a ride with Jeff and hopefully sandbagger in early am since it is suppose to rain on Sunday… then to McKenzie’s Graduation party in Greensboro.
