  wife will be out of town, so i will be sleeping in with the kiddos. i may try to get a babysitter so i can do a ride/run later in the day.

  I’m on soccer/swim duty saturday, so early run from home for me. Litl’bit, I’m glad you decided on more than one boot this week.

  I’d like to join for a short one, if my shin pain eases up (started Tuesday). Hasn’t helped that I’ve been on my feet all week re-laying-out our factory!! Have to be back by 8:30 though so Lainey can meet up with her run group.

  Looks like Shelley wins, and not by much. Probably not a bad thing seeing as we likely will be running in the rain. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

  I’m battling either shin splints or a stress fracture (just reared its head Tuesday), so I’m probably going to bow out of the run.

  I will miss you all. I’m headed down to Wilmington tomorrow to meet some of my Boston buddies who are all flying in to do our last long run (20, that is) on Sunday. I’ll be back for next Saturday (can you say “taper”?)
