  Congrats to Rama and Dusty (Belky) on a terrific job at the Umstead Marathon.

  Is anyone interested in running from Shelley Lake this weekend? I’m only looking to run six miles…tapering for Tobacco Road the following weekend.

  Cheers to Sandbagger and Belky for having a great day on the trails at the Umstead Marathon last weekend! Now you can put that beer mug from the finish line to good use!

  I’m in for Shelley Lake on Sat. morning. Looks like we might be running in some rain (6am57°; Precip:70% according to weather.com).

  I’m going to pass – wife is still out of town. I will officially set the run to Shelley Lake for anyone else joining Terp and KarenG8r.

  I’m jogging from home but will try to coincide with your takeoff from Shelley. I’m tapering too!
