Kendal – if your MRI shows something banning you to the pool, I’ll come do a long swim with you on Saturday Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for your that there’s no SF!
In for 8 ( or a little more) on Saturday. Would prefer Umstead, but can go wherever. I’m recovering from the flu, which attacked me Saturday afternoon…hope I didn’t infect any of the Milers while at Starbuck’s
I will be there, but will feel a litl’bit lost w/o litl’ bit. I hope the magnetic resonance brings good news.
On a brighter note, Congrats to all the Coach Bubbas out there. It sounds like it was a great race. A special congrats to KarenG8r – that is awesome! Sounds like the start to a heavy metal season!
OK; I’ll be there at BTN at 6:30 AM. Can’t wait. Hey, Sandy; no big story on Myrtle Beach? Young Stud and I ROCKED! Coach Bubba this, Coach Bubba that. What are we; chopped liver!? OK, so it was just two of us. But this means you have to LISTEN to our stories on the run. Get ready!
Hi Guys-
I’m dealing with a lower GI issue and won’t be able to run tomorrow. Lit’l Bit and I will be keeping each other company on the ellipticals at the gym tomorrow morning…the ultimate “rehab” workout! Hope to see you guys at MitDogs party on Sat. nite…and yes…MitDog, You and Young Stud DO ROCK!!
Okay – I’m new to this. My group bagged out again due to folks being out of town, kids’ sports, injury, etc. I would meet you, but I don’t know what BTN is? Do you meet at the regular Harrison entrance or Trenton or what? Just let me know for future knowledge. Thanks! (Beth Satterfield)
Beth – BTN (bridge to nowhere ) is the Old Reedy Creek Road entrance. If you take Harrison ave to Weston, follow Weston to Old Reedy Creek – about 1/2 mile in you’ll see cars parked along the road right before the bridge that crosses I-40 going into the park…if that makes sense…..hope to see you there!
the first time i forget to put a hyperlink in our Bridge to Nowhere post….
anyways, i updated the link above – assuming you made it, the map isn’t quite as helpful as it would have been last night. i will repost it here as well - Bridge To Nowhere – Google Maps
