Hey terp!
Have fun out west. Check out the Dr Seuss stuff while you’re in La Jolla (I like to think of it as Seuss City). Lake Poway is a beautiful place to run. Scenic and very different terrain!
Ok another week of last minute decision making . So where & how far? I would not mind running a little flatter or seeing another photo
up (Rama)
Tarp have a great time. I know you will.
ATT anyone? I’m up for flat, but also non-paved if possible. I would love to do Race for the Cure next weekend… if only there were about 1/10th of the people there – I’ll have nightmares about being trapped under 20,000 people
Riding Saturday, running Sunday. By the way, they’re dedicating part of the ATT Saturday at 10am. It’ll be up at the Pittard Sears Road crossing, up in Chatham County area.
I’m in for a run at the ATT. How about White Oak Church at 6:30? For those traveling….have a great time. Joe…enjoy the ride to Southern Pines and back….stay cool!

In San Diego this weekend. Any recommendations on a six to eight mile course in La Jolla or San Diego (we’re staying in La Jolla)?
Anyone running Race for the Cure next weekend?
P.S. Joe Whitehouse told me today was National Running Day…so Happy National Running Day to all.

I have some other stuff going on in the morning so I’m running from home. Have fun at ATT and with the bike rides!
