  Who’s around this weekend? I am sick right now but planning to ride Firecracker on Friday and run on Saturday.

  Hey everyone. The entire Squeek gang is heading out of town this Thursday. I’ll miss the Firecracker Ride and the Saturday run. Hope you all have a great 4th. I will see you on the 12th.

  I’m up for a good run on Sat (8-10 mi) and possibly a brick on Sunday…Rest up, Lil Bit and feel better…

  Hope you’re feeling better Litl’bit! I may be in for a run Saturday morning, but I would only likely do around 6 miles or so ~

  I will be riding Sunday (early again), probably around 45-50 with a run following.

  I’m traveling home from vacation on Saturday…but if anyone would like to run on Sunday, let me know.

  Running down here (in Isle of Palms, SC) has been fun (with a little adventure along the way) – I even saw an alligator. I signed-up for the Wild Dunes 4th of July 5K – the entire race is on the beach.

  I look forward to seeing everyone next week.

  P.S. Celebrity sighting for all of you UNC grads – we saw Roy Williams at the pool here at Wild Dunes. He owns a house down here. I’m going to ask him to adopt me.

  I’m in for 10 miles tomorrow at 6:30am…If others want to do a shorter run, I can always add on…Umstead would be convenient for me, but I can be swayed…

  hey guys – just got back from a hellacious trip to CA – the firecracker ride was just what the doctor ordered for a good Attitude Adjustment.

  so i didnt get around to setting up the poll this week.

  post more comments below – for the moment i will post umstead unless there is a groundswell movement from restless natives to go to shelley.

  I’m likely out for running tomorrow but am riding early Sunday if anyone is interested. Don’t really have a plan for my ride; will likely do around 40-45 west of 55 somewhere.

  Sorry Karen & I missed Rama at “Firecracker” this am. We went out on our own. We swung by the Pancake breakfast but no Stabu in sight
  I am in for a “cold recovery run” tomorrow and ride on Sunday.

  Doh! I can’t believe we missed you guys! We went out early to get a jump on the pancakes (shocker…), played at the park for a bit, got good and sweaty then headed home to the pool. I hope you had some pancakes, they were yummy!
