I’m running from BTN and would like to do the turkey creek loop…slowly… I would like to get started around 6 as I need to do about 16-18. If you all are heading out from BTN at 6:30, I’ll just do an out and back and hook up with you somewhere on Reedy Creek.
I’m running with the Cramps this Saturday. We’re starting at the Art Museum at the upper lot (just off Blue Ridge) at 6:30 a.m. Anyone else in?
Chief Cramp (Saber) has a course that takes us out to Meredith, by Whole Foods, etc. I’m pretty sure the course is approx. 6 miles. I’m going to try to extend it to 9 or 10 (perhaps run out toward the entrance of Umstead and back…after returning to the Art Museum).
Wow. Two running options and I have to miss them both. Squeek No. 2 (now 10), is competing in her first tri this weekend, and I am her Sherpa. Wish us luck!
West coast represent! Sandbagger #1 is also doing the Lochmere tri and #2 may also get a mini version. So happy to be back but have to miss. Possibly catch up with everyone next sat. Now if SWA can get this plane out of BNA I will be a happy boy.
Good luck to the little Squeakers and Sandbaggers–very cool that the kids are doing that! I will be running with the Cramps in the morning–Terp I have an idea for a longer route for us so I will hang with you for a longer run! See you in the AM. Stabu and Litl’ bit–be safe and have a good run!

Good luck to the competitors tomorrow! I’ve got a busy day so I’m running close to home. Enjoy the weather!
