  I’m out this weekend. I suffered a weird knee injury on Wednesday morning…just doing an easy 4-miler around the neighborhood. I had to walk the final mile home. I hope to see everyone next weekend.

  I’m in if the run will be on a wider trail, like ATT or Umstead b/c I’ll have 2 little girls in tow with a jogger…Who else is in?

  Phoenix-See you at CupnCone. A group of us are doing it as well; we’ll be in the BCBSNC jerseys. We’re looking to make this a fast training ride (I’ve got the Blue Ridge Brutal 100 coming up in 3 weeks!).

  CupnCone sounds yummy. I’m out – we have some plans Saturday morning so I’m just going to head out for a quick easy run very early from home.

  I will be having fun on the spin bike at MAFC Sunday if anyone feels a strong urge to pedal going nowhere with me!

  I’m out tomorrow too…..! Good luck to Squeeky, Lit’l Bit and Young Stud as they take on the Mission Man challenge. Herbs…keep that stroller moving forward and the girls will feel like they are at the carnival. Stabu..keep bringing on the funny dreams…! Hope to see everyone soon!

  fgump… just let me know. And by the way, by all means run the marathon with your wife & than do Richmond. It is all about the accomplishment & having a good time. Of course with that said, we all might think you are a little crazy too

  Change in plans for Forrest…I’ll be running City of Oaks full with Mrs. Gump, but no Richmond 2 weeks later. Instead, I’ll drop back, refocus, and be ready to go for Shamrock in March. This means no Umstead mary for me in 2009…

  Hope to see the milers again soon, as I’ll probably be swapping up long run days after Pinehurst.
