Riding with local buds tomorrow morning, 0630. Running Umstead from BTN Sunday morning, 0600, to Trenton Gate and back, if anyone’s interested.

im riding 75 with either the wimberly kids at 6 or with my brother later in the afternoon, with a good run following in either case.

I have a 40-ish ride scheduled tomorrow, then a long triple brick on Sunday, so no group run – hopefully next week!!
