I’m out of town — running the mountain-bike trails at Lake Norman. I hope the Triangle Tri went well for those entered. Sounded like it was crowded!

Do you want to try Shelley at 6:30 tomorrow. Cramps are meeting there too. I’m looking to run 8 – 10 miles.
