Who’s running? I am. I think Lil’bit has a good excuse to sleep in this week, Squeeky seems to be watching some silly bike race on the other side of the planet, anyone else? BTN? ATT?
Well if I can hitch a ride (not suppose to drive till Wedn & no car anyway) I will go cheer Karen & her 999 friends doing Triangle. Will have to do something by Saturday…. Can’t watch another movie.
Btw shoulder feels great now that the plate is out, of course it’s movement is restricted (2 wks in sling)….. Is 2 wks up yet
What, you’re not running tomorrow Kendal? Somehow I would not be surprised to see you in your running garb asking someone to help you with your ponytail
My scheduled run is longer than I thought, so what I’ll probably do is get an early start and loop back, probably hook up with the cramps somewhere along the road heading to airport overlook.

Congratulations to Terp on the great job he’s doing at the Symphony! Good article in the paper the other day!

Thanks Dr. Seuss! We’re beginning to stabilize our finances. Much better feeling than a year ago.
How about BTN? That’s where Cramps are running.
