I am looking forward to seeing you all. Saturday I will turn 45 (doesn’t that give me another few minutes to qualify for Boston!?) and I can’t imagine a better way to start the day than with you all. I might even splurge and get a bagel WITH my coffee. See you guys and gals then.

I’m in week 10 of Shamrock, and this calls for a 14-miler. Turkey loop for me this Saturday.

Beth and I are going to the beach this weekend! I don’t think it will be as nice as Cozumel but at least we’ll be away. I’ll be running on flat terrain this week. See you next time!

Since it’s my birthday, I would like for you all to push me in one of those strollers, except the one for adults. What an easy way to run 12 miles!

Cramps are in. Mitterling, you need a wheelchair now, not a stroller.

I woundn’t miss the B-day party for anything!! MitDog, don’t forget to take your Geritol, Exlax, and Centrum Silver in the morning before the run. If we’re going to push you in the stroller, don’t forget to wear your Depends. Also, bring your Senior Citizens/AARP card to get a discount at Starbucks. Oh, that’s right, your not that old yet. I’ll bring my card.
Dr FG
PS. I’ll bring you some samples of Viagra and Modic in case you need them.

You guys are GREAT! Thank you all so much for starting off my day in such a festive manner! Happy Birthday sung to me by a group of favorite people in the world, some of them sweaty!? Does it get better than that? I really love you all (yes, Alex, you all are dear, dear, dear friends!) and am so grateful to call you friends. Young Stud and I are going out tonight on the town (watch me after two drinks; yikes!) tonight; I’ll find out where, and I welcome you to join us. The party never ends. I’m spending the rest of the day with my wonderful girls (including Maggie who turns 16 tomorrow; wow!). Take care. And thanks again, especially to Karen for bringing cake; couldn’t have been a better start to the day. Sugar rush! Peace.

Hey Guys! Hey Gals! Time to go out. My birthday just keeps getting better. Jeffrey and I are going out to dinner at El Rodeo Grill, right in front of Vinnie’s on Six Forks Road, across the street from Celebration at Six Forks. The address and phone are listed below. 7:30 PM for drinks and dinner. If you want to come, please do, even if only for a drink (which is half my limit!). Hope to see you. Peace out.

I’m so sorry I have to miss this as we have plans, and that I missed the Starbucks party this morning! Sounds like a fun night – and it does make me think – Mr. Social Scretary Birthday Boy – that the MM’ers need to have a regular social night out, birthdays or not!
