Belkymd and I just seem to miss the boat. He suggested this weekend’s run should be at ATT for us, as we only have 9 to do (after Saturday’s 16). As I live 4 miles from the ATT, I can’t disagree…;) Hope to see you all on the 19th back in Umstead for a long one…20+(maybe).

John B. did suggest ATT for this weekend on the other post. I think I am scheduled for 12-14. Who’s running?
Who’s doing Little River?
Good luck, Terp, Dr. Feelgood, Mitdog, Squeeky…?

Not sure if I’ll make it Saturday – I might be interested in ATT, as it’s flatter (yes?) and I need flat at the moment. Calves are feeling better, but I’ll see how my run feels tomorrow morning.
Kendal – I probably won’t make it to the pool Thursday night as I have my aero/bike fitting at IOS after work (finally!), so I’ll be a bit time crunched. They’ve added a lane for us over at triangle if anyone’s interested in swimming in the mornings – cold (to me..) but a good workout!

I’m going to try to make it to the ATT run on Sat a.m! I don’t know what exactly Little River is, but good luck to those running it…Hey, is anybody planning on running the Coach Bubba 20K in late February? I’m hoping to do it….

Can’t make it Sat due to another commitment in the morning. I’ll get my run in on Sat or Sun afternoon. I have to look at the calendar but I think I have only one more long run before starting my taper ’til Tampa!

Amazing….. from far away places our webmaster is still on top of things. You are the best Sandbagger!
I am in for ATT at 6:30am.
Stabu, we will miss you in the pool but see you on the run.
Herbs, Coach Bubba has been talked about. Lots of encouraging words about the event.
Dr seuss, no rubbing it in….

Hi Guys! I’m finally off the injured reserve list and baaack (kind of)!! I’m planning to do a short run with the group on the ATT. See you then!!
And for the studs running Little River: Good Luck and may you emerge from the woods with all of your body parts attached and unbroken…oh yeah…and have fun!!

I will be there! No rocks and roots for me–but for Dr. Feelgood, Terp and others–have a great run! Karen-it will be great to have you back!

Alas, due to fear of injury before Umstead and family commitments, I am going to have to bow out of Lit’l River. A Lit’l Bit sad. No, I am not Sandbagging. I really can’t do it. It’s not that I don’t Feelgood. Actually I hate to Missy (the) Thang, but then I don’t want to get Stabu’d by a root so close to the marathon. And Ms. Squeeky needs me home early Saturday.
So, Mitdog, Terp, Feelgood (and little feelgooders), make us proud and avoid the face plants. I look forward to hearing about it.
My one consolation is that I get to run with KarenG8r, who is returning this weekend!

See you there in the morning. STargetBuck’s afterwards, or maybe the new, improved Bean and Bagel? I have coupons!

Sounds like a good group!
I’ll definitely be there, but I’m going to have to go slow and short – my lower legs are behaving like rebellious little children so I won’t be running with the fast kids.

I am glad to see that my account still works, and I am even more impressed that I remembered the password. ;o) I will give it a whirl tomorrow and see how the ankle holds up. Looking forward to hitting the trail with everyone again.

See you guys there, for the coffee that is! Oh, and maybe I will run a few miles too. I am looking forward to a break from the hills. I’ve felt like a sherpa the past few weeks.
