Great run and excellent birthday crowd to celebrate Squeeky’s 29th birthday. Nothing like black coffee, Naked Protein Blast, and chocolate cake to celebrate.
Litl’bit provided a Super Lawyer cape, KarenG8r provided matching accessories, and everyone enjoyed Death by Chocolate cake.

Hey, guys! I really missed you all this morning. But I had a great morning with my Sarah after I took Maggie to a school event (100th Anniversary of Cardinal Gibbons High Schoool!). Sarah and I stuffed my Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge letters, along with invitations to my 6th Annual 40th Birthday Party. It’s February 21st at 6:00 PM. Everyone is invited! And I sent letters to all who I had an address for. I’ll be in touch with you by next week to get your address if I don’t have it yet. But go ahead and mark your calendars. And Rama, thanks for that great video. I confess that I didn’t watch that video of my birthday party until today. It is great! And yeah, I do look pretty hot in those tights; I’m sure that is what you were all thinking. And sharing a fork with Kendall; sign me UP! And how about Karen? Party Girl did great. Thank you all. Hi Guys! I’m hoping to run with ya’ll but won’t unless I’ve had 24 hours of wellness. Been battling a cold and laryngitis for a week. Much as I’d like to see you, I don’t want to share my germs. If I’m up to it, I’ll run somewhere — only two more long runs before tapering for Umstead!

Cramps are running tomorrow (Sunday) at 7 a.m. if anyone’s interested in a trail run. I know Mike S. and Dr. Feelgood will be there. Sorry for the short notice. Hope you can join us.
It’s the trail off of Ravens Ridge Rd, part of the mountains to sea trail. If you head north on Falls of Neuse, go past Durant (where there’s a Kohl’s store) and past the Wake Med on the right, then about a mile (probably less) and then left on Ravens Ridge. Then 1-2 miles on Ravens Ridge and pull off on the right shoulder where’s there a fairly sizable place for cars.
