    Good luck to John B. and Dr. Feelgood at Coach Bubba! It’s a terrific race.

    I’ll miss the run this Saturday (flying back from Phoenix on Saturday)…but I plan to see everyone at MitDog’s sixth annual 40th birthday party!

    I will miss everyone this weekend. Ms. Squeeky and I are heading to San Diego on Wednesday, returning Sunday. I hope everyone has a good run (in Z2) and a good weekend. Have a great birthday party, Mitdog. Sorry to miss this one.

    I’m sleeping in tomorrow as it’s been a bit of an exhausting week. I also promised my daughter I would take her to ATT to ride bike while I run, so we’ll be out there Saturday afternoon if anyone cares to join us!

    I’m hitting the ATT for a 15k race simulator in the early a.m., then Umstead long on Sunday (not sure what time, but might be the afternoon). Have fun Milers!

    i am out tomorrow. the last 3 days for me have been sleep deprived due to hacking my lungs out. another *nasty* bug. i finally turned the corner this morning, but am not ready to run.

    also, making the run shelley lake, since we need a tie breaker.
