I’m hoping I’ll be able to make it, but probably for 6-8 easy miles. Rehab run anyone?

So is it Turkey Creek X’s 2…….. again :-/ Depending on my ankle, we could come back via Company Mill. If we turn around at Turkey Creek trail head the milage should still be between 20 & 21….. right Alex!?
Heidi, I have been missing you. Are you swimming tomorrow?

Sorry I’ll miss y’all. I’m taking the unusual week-before-marathon warmup by going skiing with ~40 middle-schoolers! Wish us luck! Tampa: 9 days!

Kendal – I won’t likely be at the pool tonight as I still seem to be fighting something – I made it to TAC finally this week after being out of the pool all last week and I’m not sure it was a smart move
I am anxious for you all to get back to mornings there!
Dr Seuss – good luck in Tampa! Not sure what to say about skiing with 40 middle-schoolers…..yer tough!

A double Turkey plus Company Mill sounds good – - not really.
FGump, missed you at spin clas Wednesday. Never knew Freebird was a spin song….
Seuss, Enjoy the slopes. It’s countdown time to Tampa!

Yep, missed the class as well. I was sitting in my garage on the trainer at 4:30am due to needing to be at work at 6am…hope that ends soon! Freebird is a good warmup song, but not a good one to end a session on; too fast at the end!
Belkymd and I will see you guys on the trail Saturday, but will probably be running solo (my wife has scheduled us to be at a birthday party at 10am).

Looking forward to finally getting out there early in the a.m. with you guys tomorrow. Dr. Feelgood “he no look so good” (Mitdog knows the joke to that). I’ve been fighting this cold/Sorethroat/cough/feel like dog doo, virus for a week now and hope that I am finally turning the corner. 8-12 miles is my range for tomorrow. I have to be home by 10 am as well.
Miss ya’ll.

Hey, Feelgood; glad to know you’re back. You were “no looking so good”, eh? I am up for about 12 miles. Looking forward to it. See you in the morning.

That was quite a large group out there Saturday! Belkymd and I were sorry we missed you guys and gals, but we each were double-booked. Hope you all had a good run.
