  Thanks for the shoes, Milers! Your 25 pairs (!) brought us up to 268 pairs at church, added together with the 140 last week makes over 400! Our contribution was part of 100, 000 shoes sent by Shoes for Souls to Haiti!

  Bring more next week if you have them. I’ll even take non-running shoes.

  Hey guys can I vote early for Shelley. My friend Kelley and her brother are coming in on Friday night & I want to stay close to home. I am trying to get them to run with us or at least join us for coffee.
  Plus, is anyone else going to hear SteveE play & celebrate his 50th on Friday night? Jam, Run, and Coffee… Anyone up for a nap Saturday afternoon

  I’ll be running with the pirates this weekend at the Gasparilla race in Tampa, so I’m out.

  hey all – i am bugging out for shelley for my long run. 20 on pavement 1 week prior to umstead is a little too much. going to either hit up umstead or ATT and probably push it back 1 hour to 7:30 to get a few more degrees.
