  I am in for Friday due to Christmas party plans. Life is rough! Umstead would be most convenient. Anyone up for about 16?

  I cannot run Friday…but I can run Saturday. I’d like to run at least 10 (you can twist my arm and make me run up to 16). My preference is Umstead (bridge to nowhere), but I’m flexible.

  Looking ahead, if anyone is interested in running early any morning next week (Dec. 24 – 27), let me know – Umstead, Shelley Lake, single-track, you name it and I’m there! I’m home from work all week.

  So sorry I’m going to miss the run this weekend; think about me in Nashville. I’m really looking forward to this concert. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy New Year!

  I need to run long Friday, but am also interested in running (shorter) Saturday. I can meet the group Staruday and just drop off. I have to go out of town Saturday morning, so I need to cut things short.

  As for Friday, I am up for 16 in Umstead BTN at 7:30

  And Terp, I am up for running any of those days during the holidays. I will be around.

  Friday – 16 BTN. Can probably run short on Saturday but have to be in to work at 8:30 so will turn around with Alex.

  Karen & Mark are swimming with me at MAFC Thursday 12/20 night at 6pm. Anyone else want to join us?

  A shorter distance Sat a.m. options sounds good for me. How far are you thinking? 6:30 a.m.?
  Although it’s tempting, I’ll have to take a rain check on the Thurs night swim for this week. What does MAFC stand for?

  I’m up for Saturday, but I have a parent breakfast Friday morning – shorter distance for me please (8-10?).

  Kendal – I’ll definitely be there to swim with you guys tonight so warm up that pool!!

  Saturday runners…let’s settle on Bridge to Nowhere at 6:30 a.m. unless there are any objections. I’m ok with 8-10 miles.

  Squeeky – we can discuss some potential runs for next week when I see you on Saturday…and we can see who else is interested as well.

  Great run today! I was happy to be able to hang with y’all. Hope the morning is nice tomorrow! I’ll look at the running schedule this week and see if I can make it. Merry Christmas to all if I don’t see some of you!
