  I’m in for a run on Saturday. The trail in the above picture looks inviting! I’d be interested in Umstead with a single track option.

  well the run i skipped last saturday because i was sick is going to have to wait *another* week. i got hit with the nastiest bug i’ve had in years. still not done either. btw, no im not the guy who has been at duke for 80 days fighting H1N1, but i feel -><- that close to being him.

  Running short and riding long Saturday. Looking for lots of Umstead Sunday morning-need to start getting my legs ready for Little River.

  I have to clean up roads as we were cancelled last week. Also, I’m trying to avoid running in these temps, so if anyone is interested in an afternoon ATT run, give me a shout.

  It’s just to darn cold. I am going to have to pass this weekend, but I will see everyone on the 19th. Have a good run.
