We’ve got a new face in the group – Tridoc (sounds promising!)
She will be joining the Option 1 crowd Saturday.
Tridoc – vote in the poll – upper right corner – for either Shelly Lake or Umstead Park. Friday we ‘officially’ post whichever one has more votes.

I’ll be in Umstead Saturday a.m. trudging through my “farewell to Umstead 20 miler”…I’m hoping “Mr. Slowtwitch” aka “Belky” will join me once again, along with anyone who’s up for part of the fun…Rama-Lama-Ding-Dong!!

Represented the ‘Milers last night at the last August NCRC event. Whose bright idea was it to stage a 5k in Umstead????
Ouch. I’d rather run a marathon out there instead of a 5k! Maybe.

I’ll plan to be there. I am going to wait to go out of town later, so count me in for running. I have been under the weather, so I think about 6 miles are in my future, but I, too, don’t want to miss Tommy’s last run here. See you in the morning!
