I need to miss tomorrow morning’s run. Allison is taking an SAT simulation test at St. Mary’s at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning.
I do plan to run approx. 7 – 8 miles tomorrow, starting around 8:15 a.m. at the Marriott at Glenwood and Creedmoor. I’ll probably run up Creedmoor to Sawmill or Strickland and back. If anyone wants to sleep in and then join me for some cruel and unusual punishment, let me know and we can meet at the Marriott parking lot.
I’m meeting Dennis and John B. for a run this Sunday. It’s a six mile course that starts at Olde Raleigh (park at Char Grill) and loops around Glen Eden, Ridge, Lake Boone, Blue Ridge back to Edwards Mill.
