  Is this running group still alive?? If so, I am able to meet up! I’ll likely do 7-9 on Saturday, maybe Umstead?

  well i will keep posting. a little slow as a lot of us are in summer mode and/or ironman training mode.

  i will be out because wife is out of town and i am going to be cheering on auria who is doing her first triathlon sat morning

  I’m running with Dr. Feelgood at 7 a.m. on Sunday at Shelley. Probably 8 – 10 miles. Any takers?
