  will be heading out to clayton for the riverwood triathlon.

  Hoping to run Umstead this weekend. Looking for a nice, gentle, BTN-Trenton Gate and back run.

  I hope to make it! Hopefully my husband will be back in town by Friday night, so I will be able to hook up for a Saturday run.

  Once again I will be out on my bike on Sat. morning with Coach V. Sorry I will miss you guys! Congratuations to Mittdog for having a great run at Boston. Hope his recovery run tomorrow is nice and easy! My prayers and thoughts are with Terp and Mrs. Terp. Good luck to the Riverwood folks!

  Enjoyed the run Stabu-excellent run this morning. Triple H run-hot, humid, and hilly!

  Probably won’t make next Saturday-resting up for WL sprint. Seems silly to rest up for one of those, doesn’t it?
