  Go Dana Fahbah!!….Mittdog: Are you ready to hear those words about a million times on the Boston Marathon course next Monday?? You are going to have an incredible race. Enjoy your tour of Boston…Nancy will be cheering you on and so will we!!!
  I will be doing a brick workout at Jordan Lake with Coach V on Sat. morning so will miss running with the group…have a great run!

  I’m not sure I’m up for Umstead yet, based on last weekend’s flareup. I may try a little shorter run on the ATT if anyone’s interested. Heck, it might end up as a brick since I better get ready for White Lake sprint in 2 weeks…
