The Elite Triangle Triathlon Team (ETTT), established in 2006, is composed of professional and elite amateur multi-sport athletes from the greater Research Triangle Park (RTP) area of North Carolina. The team mission, “to provide a training team situation for the accelerated development of future triathlon professionals.” Team members participate in high profile triathlons, duathlons, off-road triathlons and the component single sport events of swimming, cycling, and running.

Interestingly enough, the current post was about a Triathlon clinic upcoming at Inside-Out Sports in Cary (Outside.In brought me to Inside-Out … oh the irony…)

Join team members and the coaching staffs from team sponsors Triangle Multisport and One Step Beyond for this day-long triathlon clinic on Saturday, April 7. The clinic will be hosted by Inside-Out Sports in Cary, NC. This clinic is geared for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to improve their knowledge and performance in 2007.

We will cover the following topics:

*Brief bike fit analysis
*Run form analysis
*Swim stroke analysis
*Triathlon training tips
*Transition class
*Nutrition (general)

Each athlete will receive a CD of camp materials, lunch, and other assorted goodies.
The clinic will start at 10AM and finish around 4PM
