I am going to take the rare liberty of posting something completely not related to the running group.
We bought a home in the Carolina Preserve Active Adult (55+) development in Amberly (NW Cary) and are looking for good tenants. If you know of anyone, you can just direct them to the website:

Here’s the tie-in – the sooner I get this thing rented, the sooner I will get a hall pass from the CFO to go out and run 
It is about 1550 sf, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great sunroom, cul-de-sac, very close to Bradford Hall (1/4 mile), great walking trails all around Amberly, 2 car garage, ranch (everything very easily accessible), and a great kitchen with solid surface (Corian I think) countertops.

It’s a terrific neighborhood. My parents live there….and love it. They’ve made tons of new friends and they’re more active now than ever before. Bradford Hall (the clubhouse) is like a luxury resort.
If you know of someone who is interested, I would highly recommend it.

Well then…this is right on our regular bike route!
I’m thinking you need to have a clause in your lease agreement that states this home will serve also as a SAG stop for the Mitterling miler/riders – there should be plenty of water, sports drinks (no Heed, please), gels and various snacks, and clean potty facilities (air conditioned would be nice, I’m not crazy about portopotties).
